I'm Rachel and it's so nice to meet you.  I'm here to teach structured self-care to women who are short on time, but desire a mind, body, spirit connection.  Get ready to develop healthy habits without the hokie B.S.

Let's Meet

I'm a nature-loving, tree hugging, sleep needing, iced tea chugging, crystal adoring hippie human down to my very core... I'm the "weird friend" people love to make fun of and I'm ok with it.

Cool thing is, I'm also a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Corrective Exercise Specialist.  I have two degrees: a B.S. in Applied Biology and an A.O.S. in Culinary Arts.  Jill of all trades, my friends.  Now, my goal is to provide you a safe space that delivers peace, strength, comedic relief, super knowledge, and inspiration in these open, airy walls.

I have been practicing and studying all things "spiritual" since I was 10.  That's not a joke, friends.  I started reading Sylvia Browne and then continued on from there.  I have a nice stack of crystals, some Barbara Brennan and Donna Eden energy books, tons of literature on chakras, and I'm what the world likes to call an empath. 

All of that aside, I'm also a super realist who literally has no time... like... ever.  I know that there is a balance in this life that needs to be met.  You CAN be a spirit junkie like me, while keeping shit real and to the point.  There is truly a mind, body, and spirit connection and I'm here to help you find that while still remaining grounded.

How do I do that?  I use fitness (which from now on is going to be called "movement" because I hate the stigma with fitness), self-care techniques, and organizational tactics to keep you on track.   You don't have time to mess around, so it's my job to give you the tools you need in a way you can realistically manage them.
