CORRECTIVE EXERCISE

Daily life can create imbalances within the neuromuscular system. Corrective Exercise works through those imbalances to aid in possible injury prevention, in rehabilitation post, or in conjunction with, a physical therapist, and in creating better movement patterns.

HEALTHY HABIT FORMATION

Developing healthy habits is simple and it starts with making small steps.  Accountability is key, but in a world where everything is at our fingertips at all times and in the biggest way, so is learning how to be ok with starting small.

HEALTHY WEIGHT MANAGEMENT

An empowering experience where you learn how to walk away from the stigma of weight loss and walk toward a life of healthy choices.  Be prepared to ditch the scale!

MINDFUL TRAINING

Training isn't always about performing the movement.  It involves being present and mindful; identifying how your body feels while it moves; locating areas of compensation through awareness; and connecting your mind to the body in order to produce mindful movement.
